1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.


2. Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Orders : Delivered within 3–7 working days.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 7–15 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping is not available right now 

  • Any customs duties or international taxes (for global orders) are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.


5. Delays & Issues

  • Calistara™ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@calistara.com.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link provided via email/SMS.

  • If you face tracking issues, our support team will assist you.
